I need to cancel my order


Can I cancel an order if I haven't received my scooter yet?  

1.  If you have received a tracking number from UPS or FedEx, we cannot cancel your order.  Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot turn any packages around.  If you already have a tracking number, you can request a refund with the Return Request Form.  


2.  If you HAVE NOT received a tracking number, we can cancel your order.  You will need to email us at support@roadrunnerscooters.com to request a cancellation.  Please note:  if your order was place over 24 hours before you requested a cancellation, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

    what about when you give me an invalid tracking number that never activates
