I need to cancel my order


Can I cancel an order if I haven't received my scooter yet?  

1.  If you have received a tracking number from UPS or FedEx, we cannot cancel your order.  Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot turn any packages around. 

2.  If you HAVE NOT received a tracking number, we can cancel your order.  You will need to submit a ticket with our support team to request a cancellation.  Please note: all pre-order cancellations and order cancellations will result in a 6% fee.

    what about when you give me an invalid tracking number that never activates
