How do I get a refund if I don't have my box?
We require scooters to be returned to us in the original box in order to ensure the security of the scooter, but the most important reason is the cost of shipping. We have a contracted price for each individual scooter we ship, therefore your scooter must be in its original box/packaging in order for us to be able to generate a shipping label for you. If you have the box and want to return the scooter, you must first take a picture of the odometer and get authorization from RR. Once authorization is given, RR will send you a label to attach and we will schedule a pick-up. Upon receipt of scooter, a full inspection will be made. Then a refund will be issued minus both to and from shipping costs, plus a 10%-20% restocking fee.
If you do not have your box, you are responsible for finding one the correct size and packing it very securely. You will need to inform us you are returning the scooter, send us a picture of the odometer, and take the scooter to a shipping facility. Once we receive it and inspect it, we will deduct the original shipping cost, plus 10-20% restocking fee from your refund.
