Where is my package?

Your tracking number for all scooters and parts will be automatically emailed to you "Shipping Confirmation Email" in the subject line. This will be sent within 24 hours of order placement (except Saturday and Sunday).


RoadRunner Scooters does not have any information on tracking information other than the tracking number UPS or FedEx provides to customers, and thus cannot provide any other insight on when your scooter will be delivered.


If your tracking number says Delivered and you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, roommates, and family members. Once it leaves our warehouse the scooter is no longer under our control.
