Your tracking number for all scooters and parts will be automatically emailed to you with the subject "Shipping Confirmation Email". This will be sent within 24 hours of order placement (except Friday and Saturday).
RoadRunner Scooters does not have any information on tracking information other than the tracking number UPS or FedEx provides to customers, and thus cannot provide any other insight on when your scooter will be delivered.
If your tracking number says Delivered and you don't have it. Please ask around, check with neighbors. Once it leaves our warehouse, the scooter is not our responsibility. We highly suggest you purchase ShipTection route insurance. ShipTection provides hassle-free protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen in transit. Route ensures that customers get what they paid for, and allows for easy reordering.. Add it to your cart at checkout to enable the protection. We highly recommend it in high traffic areas and complexes.
