Scooters ordered before 12:00 PM EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day from our Las Vegas, NV fulfillment center. Scooters ordered after 12:00 PM EST Monday - Friday and all weekend orders will be shipped the following business day.

Scooters are shipped via Ground UPS or Ground FedEx.

You will always receive 2 emails from RoadRunner Scooters after you've completed your order Your first email will be an order confirmation with detailed breakdown of your order. The second will be your shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to check your packages up to date ETA.
