The large scooters are shipped double-boxed by the manufacture in China. The purpose of the outer box is to ensure the unit inside is well protected. The scooters make a 6,000 mile journey across the Pacific Ocean, and can incur rough waters. Your oversized outer box is there to take the scuffs and scrapes associated with package shifting. This is normal for all U.S merchants bringing in overseas goods.
If your scooter is damaged during transit, please follow these steps.
1. Take pictures of the damage.
2. Do not throw away any packaging including the shipping box, no matter how damaged it is.
3. Open a support ticket on our website or email email@example.com to begin a claim.
Once a support ticket is opened, our team will guide you through the remaining steps on returning and replacing the damaged scooter.
